my normal routines
I like to do hammer curles, they're a good start workout and it gets the blood flowing.
Now that you've been introduced to what i start with, now let me talk about my other workouts.
After i finish off with the hammer curles, i go onto the bicep curls for a good pump in my bicep.
After i do biceps i move onto the triceps, There are three heads to the tricep and first i start off by hitting the long head.
After i do my bicep curls, i like to use the barbel to really get a burn with my bicep and get the pump going
After i do the long head, i use the V-bar to get my short head pumpped aswell.
These are what my leg workouts are
I like to do squats to get a pump in my upper legs.

After i finish off with the squats, i go onto the luges after that im all finished.
